By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
1-GENERAL
• You must be 18 years or older to commission me.
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at my discretion.
• Prices are fixed and non negotiable.
• Commissioned works may be displayed on my social media or portfolio unless confidentiality is discussed before payment.
• Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in cancellation.
2 - PROCESS
• First, we discuss your idea and references. Please provide clear descriptions and sufficient visual references.
• I will then send a rough sketch for your review.
• If you approve the sketch, you will proceed with full payment.
• Work on the final version begins only after payment is confirmed.
• Minor adjustments are allowed at the sketch stage.
• Major changes after sketch approval may require additional fees or may be declined.
3-PAYMENT
• Full payment is required upfront after sketch approval.
• Payment is accepted via PayPal in USD.
• Invoices must be paid within 48 hours unless otherwise discussed.
• Additional fees may apply if significant design work is required due to lack of references.
• Rush orders may require an extra fee.
4 - TIMELINE
• After payment, completion may take up to 60 days depending on workload.
• Most commissions are completed within approximately two weeks, but this is not guaranteed.
• You will receive at least one work in progress update.
5 - COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
• All artwork remains my intellectual property.
• Commissioned works are for personal use only unless commercial rights are agreed upon in advance.
• Commercial use requires prior discussion and may involve additional fees.
• Editing is not permitted except for cropping or resizing.
• Do not remove my signature or watermark.
• Reselling, redistributing, minting as NFT, or using the artwork for AI training is strictly prohibited.
• Rights to existing characters belong to their respective owners.
6 - CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
• Refunds are not available after final approval.
• If a commission is canceled during production, only the unfinished portion may be refunded.
• Canceled commissions may not be used in any way.
7 - DELIVERY
• Final artwork will be delivered as a PNG file via Google Drive.
• Source files are not provided.
