By commissioning me for artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below.
1-General disclaimers and rules
◆Before making any payment, be sure to contact me to agree whether I will accept your request. Payment to secure a spot will be cancelled otherwise.◆This ToS may change at any time and I reserve the right to do so.◆For safety reasons, I don't accept requests from minors, only people over 18 years of age can make a request.◆I reserve the right to refuse/cancel a request for any reason. I am not obliged to inform the client about the reasons.◆Rudeness of any kind will not be tolerated. If you behave in a rude manner that offends me, the request will be cancelled immediately.◆You may not profit from using my work, it is strictly forbidden to use it for AI learning or as NFT.◆ I have the right to post my work on any social media. If you wish to keep it private, you must discuss this with me before payment is made.◆At the same time, I may not publish all or some of the requested work. I am not obliged to explain why.
(For example, if it doesn't fit my social media branding. It is not because I don't like your request or think it is weird.)◆ Excessive or substantial modifications will be refused. You must describe your request in advance in as much detail as possible.◆You will only use artwork received from me for personal use.
(You are permitted to repost or use as your social media profile or header image, as long as my credit is marked somewhere visible.)◆Unauthorised editing of my art is prohibited.
(However, cropping is permitted if you use it as your profile image.)◆Removing watermarks or authorship is prohibited.◆Reposting artwork other than for you is prohibited.◆I (the artist) retain the rights over any commissioned works.◆I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.◆Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.◆Price negotiation is not possible. If the price offered is unacceptable, do not commission me.
2 - Payments and fees
◆Payment is due in full upfront.
(Payment can be made via only PayPal now. No other payment methods are accepted)◆Invoices must be paid within 48 hours otherwise I will cancel them.
(To let another client in.)◆Payment is only accepted in USD.◆If you do not have a reference image (such as a draft you have drawn) when requesting your OC, and you only want a design from a description or a collection of something, you will be charged a design fee.◆If you are in a hurry, you can pay a rush fee. (+5USD)
3-Timing
◆It can take up to 60 days from the time you secure your slot until the work is completed. However, it is usually completed within 2 weeks.
(If you are in a hurry, please consult me in advance. If there is no consultation, the work will be carried out in the order in which the slots are acquired).◆Once I have received your request I will work as quickly as possible to complete the work.
However, there may be times when my life gets in the way and the work is delayed, I hope you understand.
(I will always let you know if there is too much of a delay. Please wait until then. Please refrain from excessive prompting.)◆A brief WIP is given after the request is accepted. Minor changes can be requested at this point.◆If you request a sketch, I will not contact you after submitting the first WIP until it is completed, unless there is a specific reason for not doing so.If you request a black and white or colour work, I can show you the progress after I have started work, depending on how things are going. However, I will not voluntarily send you the sketches unless you request me to do so.

4 - Client obligations
◆Be concise and clear when filling in the description of your request.◆Provide several clear reference images of the character if your request is for an OC.◆If it is fan art, explain your request clearly, especially if you are particular about the situation, the character's expression, etc.◆A draft you draw up is always welcome! (It does not have to be good!)◆If you want fan art for a character that I don't talk about on social media, be sure to send me a message with details of the character, the title of the series and a reference images.◆Be kind within the bounds of common sense.◆If you hear from me, please respond as soon as possible. (I will do the same.)
I live on Japan time so there may be a time difference in replies depending on where you live. I usually reply within 24 hours.◆Take responsibility for any failure to complete the commission to your satisfaction due to failure to provide important information, clarification or references.◆Read the ToS and commission information carefully.📝 To ensure that I can provide the best possible result, I kindly ask that you provide detailed instructions for your commission. If the details are vague or left to my imagination, please understand that I may not be the best fit for your request and may need to decline or cancel the commission. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
5 - CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
◆Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.◆You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.◆If you cancel when the work is almost complete, I will refund you the amount equivalent to the amount of work not yet done, but after that you will lose all rights to use the work and it will belong to me.
I can complete that work and post it on any social media, but you cannot use it.
(However, if it is your OC it will not be posted.)
6 - WHAT YOU RECEIVE
◆Images are sent in 600 DPI/PNG for black and white and 350 DPI/PNG for colour, unless otherwise requested.
Please inform me in advance if you require other file types.(File types that cannot be requested: PSD/ CSP)◆How to receive the work
It will be shared on Google Drive. Please have your Google email address ready.
